Abhyanga $100

A classic Ayurvedic treatment which enlivens the body, encourages the release of toxins, lubricates the joints, and softens the skin. Warm organic sesame oil is briskly rubbed into the skin, increasing lymphatic and arterial circulation. Balancing to all doshas, especially Vata dosha.

Ela Kirhi $125 ($365 for Three)

Available in only a handful of centers in North America, Ela Kirhi is one of our most popular treatments. Hot herbal oil envelops the body in warmth and deeply nourishes the skin. Warm cotton pouches filled with healing herbs are whisked along the energy lines of the body to cleanse the blood, enhance the immune system, and bring about deep relaxation.

Shirodhara $105

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic healing practice used for thousands of years to calm the senses and bring about clarity and peace of mind. A steady stream of warm sesame oil is applied to the forehead, relieving stress, tension, and anxiety.

Nasya $55
30 minutes
A nasya is a soothing ayurvedic treatment for the sinuses. Marma points on the face and feet are activated to open the nasal passages. A healing blend of oils is applied to the nose to clear impurities and lubricate the sinuses.

Ayurvedic Sugar Scrub $80
45 minutes
An indulgence for your senses and your skin, this treatment detoxifies and exfoliates, leaving behind the radiance of your skin’s natural luster. Dry brushes gently increase circulation and remove impurities from the skin’s surface. A gentle efflourage with oils appropriate for your dosha relaxes and revitalizes the skin and deeper tissue. A scrub with organic sugar infused with essential oils removes dead skin cells, while wrapping afterwards helps to build heat for a gentle cleanse.
